Work Experience
CG Artist Working as a digital artist at SSSI my role has included modeling, texturing, concept art, illustrations for PR/Marketing materials, user interface work, and in-game cinematics. As a senior member of the art team my role has expanded to include some administrative tasks as well, such as creation of a PR process document, shotlists for motion capture, a list of requested features for cinematic tools, and mentoring of new employees. CG Artist Lead artist for Natural Selection http://www.unknownworlds.com/ns/ a mod for the Halflife engine. My role as a member of the team included concept art, modeling, texturing, and UI. I created all of the level textures and character textures, and was responsible for the majority of the designs of the characters, equipment, and structures in the game. As lead artist I was responsible for creating and overseeing the visual look, as well as working with the other members of the team to maintain the quality level and cohesion of the art assets. I also distributed tasks to team members, and insured that assets were created in a timely manner and on schedule.
Contract Artist Designed and created logos and animated desktop backgrounds for several training divisions of General Electric Corporation.
